Baked Cod

Yesterday there was also workout which have been the residence a few weeks when I was sick but now we kick start it again. Went really surprised me, and no muscle soreness, I have today either =).

Warmed up with 30 min intervals




The dinner had to be baked cod, with 1 cup rice, salad

Can there be such a good thing we have got hold of another apartment??? Can luck be on our side? Hope sincerely hope for it had really been so nice to get hold of one another and with a room for more. Since we currently only have a 3 to 73 kV, it is 1:04 on a 92 kv pure luxury and one with two toilets and in the city. Pure dream house or what ... Naaa're not jump high even to go and check on it first but it feels good and everyone is happy, of course we'll take it.

Would have been nice for Na to get her own room, which I think she needs. She needs its own corner to go to a place she feels is hers alone. But as I said we'll see how it will be case it's already moving in Sept so it's quick off the mark at times: p

Just keeping my fingers crossed that the apartment is that you want and you feel satisfied. So keep your fingers crossed;) ..

Birka Cruiesing

An intense weekend this has been, and now it's already Tuesday so quickly go days.

Went as I said to Örebro on Saturday went on vox festival and nice it was, on

Sunday, we would, as I said go on the cruise the whole family. That said and done at 11:00

departed the bus to Stockholm with an x number of passengers. The trip up was super good, and

the kids were really talented. Once in Stockholm we checked in and went for something quick

before we went on the boat. There, however, we wait a while before we could come to our

cab, but what does it do? Once inside the cabin so we picked up and made preparation

us to then take off for tax-free to buy some goodies. Then water the children

entertainment where Savannah was for the whole entertainment.

She was really so

brave much braver than me, I can easily recognize. She sang for the lot of

passengers, first became Ba Ba white lamb late, she wanted to sing again

and that meant it was Bear sleeps. Sure, she sang perhaps not very high but just the thing that she went up on stage and did it's just so damn cruel. My brave girl =).

Then it was movie snuggle up to all children and showed them jam. Bed pretty early belief at 23:00 eh ngt. Had set the clock at 7:30 because we would not miss breakfast, which we really did not.

 Finland is one hour behind us so at 06:30 eh, we actually bounces up and down the mail we do not provide later lol ....

 But to make the story short, there has been a wonderful cruise that I would do if with my family. The food is superb boat huh huh huh sovereign yes everything is simply great, just as it should be =).

Today was also N his new school and it has really gone very well, she longed for and even after school when she stopped and just say a lot =) <3

Mmmm my Tzatiski taste soooo good

Tzatiskin is ready to be enjoyed with some good food and now is the only company that we wait.

Must say that I've really been on the cod, tzatiskin then and especially my own.

For those of you who do not like so mkt garlic had detested the total, for my substantive set some garlic;) so should you after so we should probably definitely skip it =).


Sitting on the FB and check around a bit while I wait, the fun can really know exactly what people do and do not you know it, just check fb so you know. Talk about social networking. Why call and talk when you get all the info via fb .. Haha what did we humans before fb? Embarrassing the world begin to look like. Give thanks, I know the old days, when it ran over and knocked on the door to see if they wanted to play or give me a call on home phone to see if the person at home huh. But the time to be felt long ago. Is it now in this situation you begin to realize that you do not become younger: P.

Swedish or English??

Godmorning Sunshine!

At last weekend, the grand plans happen. The idea of attracting Örebro today but do we wait until tomorrow

and then hopefully I feel a little better and do not have to cough like an idiot. Fortunately you do not go out and run

In this dreary weather, but with luck it may clear up a little later. Come on, I did not put up my recent clothes purchases might be fun.

Humans are the greatest threat to to himself

When you're perfect in your own eyes, you become ever so? Frankly, I believe human

is constructed so that it never be satisfied is always something they want more of. You can see a human

perhaps identical with yourself but still think that person is much better or worse. Whine at all

others' looks, mistakes, or whatever it is about shopping igentligen just that you yourself have low self-esteem and

dissatisfied with himself,

and that self-esteem is strengthened out of the whining on the other. Why not just be happy with yourself and what you have

accomplished, and unless you are happy so be sure to fulfill your dreams and thoughts so you can be happy and find your inner peace.


For the only one who can change your life is no different than you <3

Bad hair day

This summer has been nothing short rained off, and when we talk about rained out. While it's nice to fall and bad weather

summer is me near to my heart. What if you could have 9-10 months of summer and just 2 months of winter

I know if someone had been happy then. That way one misses the time in Thailand where you could enjoy out of the heat all the time =).


Tonight will be off to train, I think, to see how I feel but do If so BC is no better than pass it .... Can you get a sweat oh puff like any other pig anything: p

Frightening sight I saw when I saw myself in the mirror, the worst worn her hair so get to an appointment with the hairdresser, so you get rid of the worn so you do not feel ashamed hehe .....

Miracle Noodles

Gahhh do not say that I am becoming cooled out = (. Have not done nothing but sneeze and sneeze their last days.

Clicked home these Shirataki Miracle Noodles, anyone tried them? What did you think of them that case? and for those of you who do not know what it is, then some fast facts =)

That said, I'm so pissed off how to treat them old, was reading in Newsweek today about a couple

that home care had forgotten to feed for 2 weeks. My question is how the hell can you

forget anyone ?????? Shame indeed how society looks like and how to treat them as

have built up this society, which in turn now being reassign served a total of ...... I am really not

forward to being older, iallfall not if it continues at the same rate as now. SHARPENING SIMPLY !!!!!!!

Memory reminds

Has really been quite wonderful days together with the best, now also has her family and left Falköping. Feels really super empty now but looking forward to next time we meet =).

Now it's soon back to everyday life and all procedures should be back where they tend to be, even in autumn

on the G. Ugh hate summer will soon be over but what a summer it has been then?! weather could certainly have been better but then on the other hand, there has been a summer with a busy schedule and yet it does not end too soon it's off on a cruise =)

Lost in Kalmar .... Has been in Kalmar since last Friday and has had such a hell of fun. The weekend has brought lot of laughs but also some tears. Met a lot of goa people who said yes huh weekend has been good me ==)

Murder

Those last days that has been has been a mixture of joy and sorrow. Found out that a friend has been

murdered, that a life so easily can only be taken away. Applies to seize every day as if it were the last. really

tell your loved ones how much they mean to you. Even if this person is not really close so va va

a person who I respected and liked, and those moments we got to have with you will always be with me

everywhere. That your life took away from you in such a brutal way is just wrong, no one should have to go through it. You had a lifetime ahead of you.

Deluxe day

Morning Mood Deluxe that is what I woke up today and even better was
after 1 h training out of BC.
Hungry like a wolf, I am too, but have not dryer directly to eat breakfast, with other

Just another day

Worn out, I am but what the heck, so damn good to run out of the body when you
exercise. Became BODYCOMBAT first and then I finished with the Power yoga plus some interval.

However, I have not had time to eat yet, so perhaps time to take in some carbohydrates.
Was a round down to the lake today, so darn nice to just sunbathe and enjoy out
life in general. Smock with people huh, too.




Helt slut i kroppen är jag men va sjutton, så jäkla skönt att köra slut på kroppen när man
tränar. Blev Body combat först och sen avslutade jag med Power yoga plus lite intervall.
Däremot har jag inte hunnit äta något ännu, så kanske dags att få i sig lite kolhydrater.

Blev en runda ner till sjön idag, så jäkla skönt att bara ligga och sola och bara njuta utav
livet i allmänhet. Smockat med folk va det också.

It has also been here in this little ragga lair ....... can not say that I am

directly interested about such cars. But when it become like a little party and a city

come to life that would otherwise be sleeping when even the nice =). Here are some

Det har det även varit här i denna lilla ragga håla.......Kan inte påstå att jag är
direkt intresserad utav sådana bilar. Men när det  bli som en liten fest och en stad
vaknar till liv som annars sover då bli till och med det trevligt =). Här kommer lite

Australien

Godmorgon!

Idag är en sådan dag med blandade känslor, solen skiner men ändå känns det
tungt. Min kusin och henns 2 små flickor åker hem till Australien igen efter varit
på  besök i Sverige i 10 veckor. Kommer verkligen kännas tomt och ångrar att man
inte hunnit träffa dem lika mycket som man önskat. Bli att börja spara lite pengar så
man kan åka och hälsa på dem, men är inte direkt gratis att åka dit så dröjer nog tyvärr
ett tag =(.

För övrigt så är det bara fint, helgen försvann i ett svep. Hade kalas hela helgen så
blev en hel del tårtor bakade. Måste säga att det är verkligen sjukt skoj att göra sina egna
tårtor, visst dem kanske inte bli lika snygga som köpta men spela det för roll när dem ändå
ska ätas upp :P.

Idag blir nog en runda till Odenbadet för lite avsvalkande förhoppningsvis om vädret vill
hålla i sig vill säga.
